Q Money answer

Use the contact details published on qmoney.app rather than an address, link or number contained in the message you are checking. Start a new message instead of replying to the one that concerned you.

Q Tech will not ask for your banking password, PIN or one-time security code by email. A message asking you to move money to a “safe account”, keep a payment secret or act immediately should be treated as suspicious.

If a message contains new or changed payment details, do not act on it until you have checked it through the contact details published on this website.
