For a website complaint or privacy concern, email compliance@qmoney.app. General website feedback or a possible content error may also be sent to contact@qmoney.app. There is no fee for contacting us.
Information that may help
You may include the page or communication concerned, an approximate date, a short description of what happened and what you would like us to consider. A screenshot may be useful, but is not required.
Only send information reasonably necessary for us to understand the issue. Do not send passwords, identification documents, full bank account details or payment card details. If we reasonably need more information, we will ask for it.
